It can be consumed beginning from three weeks of its production. The weight of the forms varies from 0.4 Kg to 1.5 Kg.
It has an intense perfume and a savory taste can be combined with jams, honey, figs, sapa and you can appreciate its depth with a good red wine or a double malt beer.
