Creamy white cheese – curdled by lacto fermentation. Must be consumed within a week. The weight of the forms varies from 0.4 Kg to 0.5 Kg.

It can be flavored with various types depending on customer requirements.

The various seasonings that we offer are:

  • pepper,
  • juniper berries and cinnamon
  • fennel flowers and
  • nutmeg.

It can be consumed as it is, or topped with extra virgin olive oil, spread on bread or toast, as a condiment for pasta or salads.
